This project denounces and questions Man's dependence to fashion. Indeed fashion companies push to consumption, they dictate the “in” styles of the moment, giving up the others because they are "old-fashioned", so we throw away and we buy the new sweatshirt in vogue. It is mass consumption that has a Big impact on the environment.

The textile industry is the 2nd most polluting sector in the world, fashion is responsible for over 1.2 billion tons of greenhouse gases each year. In addition, the industry is also a major consumer of drinking water. For example, it takes the equivalent of 70 showers to design a t-shirt. Altogether 4% of the drinking water in the world is used to produce our clothes.

Moreover, most of the textile industries are located in Asian countries including India. The ethics of certain brands are very questionnable, and should probably impact our way to consume.
